From the moment I stepped onto the mat, his welcoming attitude and warmth made me feel like part of a family. In a world where life can often get chaotic, Altus has been my safe haven.Since I began my jiu jitsu journey here, I’ve always felt a strong sense of belonging, even during times when I had to be away from work. Despite there being jiu jitsu schools closer to my home, I wouldn’t dream of training anywhere else. Altus is more than just a school; it truly is a family.Every class is an opportunity to challenge ourselves and strive to be the best we can be. Professor Paulo is not only an exceptional teacher but also a source of motivation. On days when you are feeling down or overwhelmed, he has an incredible knack for cheering you up and lifting spirits.I wholeheartedly give Altus 5 stars and look forward to continuing my training here for as long as this amazing school is around. I have been training at Altus jiu jitsu for a year and half and I can honestly say it’s been life changing, my only regret is I didn’t start earlier. The professors are all amazing and have helped my skill level increase very quickly. If you have been thinking about starting bjj don’t wait another day you won’t regret it!

Joining Altus jiu-jitsu is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have lost 20 lbs since joining and the camaraderie is second to none. Stop thinking about signing up and just step on the mat. Let’s go!
My 5 year old loves Altus BJJ! He’s in the little grapplers class twice a week. Chuck is awesome with the kids and I see tremendous progress. My son is more confident and working towards a black belt.
I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and have loved every second of it. The professors the community everything about Altus Jiu Jitsu is great. My only regret is not starting sooner.
